The Arthur/Newgard building is located at 1412-18 W. Arthur and 6503-09 N. Newgard, in the heart of the East Rogers Park community of Chicago, IL. It is our building closest to Loyola University, just two blocks west of the campus.
The building is also within five minutes’ walking distance of the Red Line train station at Loyola, which provides easy access to the Loop within 25 minutes. This 25 unit residential complex is situated in a low density area of Rogers Park, surrounded by two and three flats on the Newgard side. This presents tenants and their guests with accessible street parking close to the building.
Amenities offered in this complex include a centrally accessed laundry room, spacious decks in the back, cable readiness in all units, and dishwashers in the kitchens! A supermarket is located on Devon Ave., just one block south of the building.
