The Estes Gardens residential complex is located at 1329-41 W. Estes, Chicago, IL, near the lake, Loyola Park, and the great expanse of beaches in the eastern section of East Rogers Park.

The building offers close proximity to Loyola University, as well as the Northwestern campus in the near suburban Evanston area. It is also close to the Red Line train station at Morse Street and Lunt Avenue, which provides a short 27 minute trip to the Loop.

This gorgeous courtyard building was built in the 1930s. The apartment mix features 24 four-room one bedrooms, and 36 studios. "Studio" is something of a misnomer for these units, however, since all of them actually have 2½ rooms and range in size from 440 to 600 square feet! Many are larger than comparable one bedroom units in the area. In fact, this building offers some of the largest studios in all of East Rogers Park. The one bedroom units range in size from 640 to 830 square feet.
